Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the company's long-term strategy in alignment with the region and Group, focusing on market positioning, business development, and expansion into new vertical markets
- Financial Management: Drive financial growth and profitability by setting and achieving revenue and profitability targets, managing budgets, and optimizing cost structures.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure the efficient and effective operation of all company functions, including Operations, HSE, Client Relations, and technical support.
- Customer Focus: Foster strong customer relationships and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and industry trends to drive product and service innovation.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing executive team and promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence throughout the organization.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about all regulations and ensure the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth, including mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and international expansion.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with the region, group, employees, and external stakeholders to maintain transparency and alignment with the company's vision.
- Risk Management: Assess and mitigate potential risks and challenges to the business, implementing contingency plans as necessary.
Required Skills & Knowledge
- In-depth knowledge of the telecommunications sector, including products and services.
- Proven experience in team management.
- Strong interpersonal and business skills.
- Excellent understanding of the local market, including technical aspects, target prospects, and the local economy.
- Proficiency in financial management, including operating accounts.
- Comprehensive skills in overall business management, including economics and human resources.
- Familiarity with security and quality standards and regulations (working conditions, environmental standards, fire safety).
- Proficiency in office software packages (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Information Communication Technologies (ICT).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven track record of at least 10 years in executive leadership positions within the telecommunications industry.
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of telecommunications technologies and market dynamics.
- Exceptional strategic planning and execution skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong financial management and budgeting experience.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards.
- Visionary thinking with a focus on innovation and adaptation to industry trends & Proven ability to drive growth and profitability in a competitive market.
Additional Qualifications
- Awareness on ISO Standards (IMS)
- Awareness on HSE in relation in the Telecommunicatio & Construction Industry
