Job Duties & Responsibilities
- The Fibre Designer will be responsible for planning and creating designs for fibre network deployment:
- Develop detailed network design layouts and schematics,
- Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize network efficiency,
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, etc.).
- Proficiency in English language (speaking, reading, writing)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications or related field,
- 2+ years of experience in fibre network design.
Additional Qualifications
- Any additional relevant qualification for this position would be considered as a plus.
- Position available for local residents in Uganda
