Job Duties & Responsibilities
- The Field Supervisor will oversee field operations, ensuring that fiber installations are carried out safely and efficiently.
- Supervise field teams during fibre installations and maintenance,
- Ensure compliance with project timelines and health and safety standards,
- Report progress and issues to the Project Manager.
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of safety procedures and project management tools.
- Proficiency in English language (speaking, reading, writing)
Qualifications
- Degree in Telecommunications or related field,
- Minimum 3 years of experience in field supervision, preferably in fiber networks.
Additional Qualifications
- Any additional relevant qualification for this position would be considered as a plus.
- Position available for local residents in Uganda
