Job Overview
- Camusat is seeking a skilled and experienced HR ESG Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in translating HR strategies into actionable plans, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving ESG initiatives within a specified geographic area. Responsibilities
- Human Resources Management
- Develop and execute HR policies and procedures
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process to attract and retain top talent
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and career development programs
- Coordinate Compensation and Benefits programs
- Environment Social Governance (ESG)
- Lead the development and implementation of ESG initiatives aligned with organizational values
- Establish and maintain partnerships with community organizations, NGOs, and other stakeholders
- Monitor and report on ESG metrics and impact
- Support in ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives
- Employee Engagement
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages employee engagement and satisfaction
- Organize and participate in employee engagement programs and events
- Act as the HR advisor to internal stakeholders
- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)
- Drive initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace
- Collaborate with leadership to create a culture of belonging and respect
- Training and Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs
- Ensure employees have access to relevant resources for skill enhancement
- Compliance
- Stay informed about labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements in all HR and ESG activities
- Monthly HR reporting
- Performance Management
- Develop and implement performance management systems
- Provide guidance to managers on performance evaluations and improvement plans
- Immigration Services Coordination
- Oversee immigration processes for international employees
- Collaborate with external partners to ensure compliance with immigration laws
- Alignment of Group and Regional HR Strategies to Local Opco
- Align HR strategies with broader group and regional objectives
- Customize HR initiatives to meet the specific needs of local operating companies (Opco)
- Secretary to the Executive Committee
- Provide administrative support and act as a secretary during executive committee meetings
- Ensure accurate documentation and follow-up on action items from executive meetings
Qualifications
- 7yrs experience in HR Management
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree (HR, Business Management, Social Sciences)
- Professional HR certification (CHRP)
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, ESG strategies, and labor laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking with the ability to translate strategies into actionable plans
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Familiarity with environmental management systems is a plus
